I work with campuses, colleges/schools, and units to provide evidence-based advice and feedback on enhancing the academic work environment, including:
- Developing unit action plans to address academic work environment issues.
- Assessing opportunities to enhance faculty hiring/onboarding, workload, evaluation, and mentoring policies and practices.
- Creating faculty professional development and leadership development programs.
- Navigating organizational transformation efforts and generating faculty buy-in for change.
