Evaluation Services
Drawing from my experience as an interdisciplinary researcher and leadership roles with the University of Maryland ADVANCE Program, I provide program evaluation services for institutions, departments, and organizations. From designing instruments to logic model development, my goals as an evaluator are to provide culturally-response, rigorous, and strategic feedback for strengthening programs.
Recent evaluation clients include: ADVANCE-VCU, Breaking the M.O.L.D. for Arts and Humanities Faculty; University of Maryland Language Science Center; and Wayne State University GEARS Program.
Feedback from evaluation clients:
"Dr. Culpepper’s approach to evaluating our ADVANCE project is collaborative. She is insightful in her analyses of our initiatives; she has a way of seeing connections that has empowered us to better leverage our experiences to address gender inequities on campus. Her expertise on advance projects is broad. In particular, we have benefited from her knowledge and skills on faculty workload equity, work/life/family, and bystander leadership."
